A 20-year-old male patient underwent an Ultrasound Colour Doppler of the Testis, which revealed bilateral epididymis enlargement with heterogeneous thickening, more pronounced in the head region, accompanied by a thickened spermatic cord displaying increased vascularity. Tortuous tubular structures with venous flow superior-posterior to the testis on both sides showed minimal enlargement and increased flow during a Valsalva maneuver, suggestive of Grade II varicocele bilaterally. Additionally, multiple varied-sized bilateral inguinal lymph nodes were noted, indicative of early Inguinal lymphadenitis. What is the recommended surgery for this condition?
