A 57-year-old was involved in a road traffic accident (RTA), resulting in injury to his right lower limb. Diagnostic evaluations revealed fractures of the femoral shaft and tibial shaft on the same limb, leading to a condition known as a "floating knee." Additionally, he suffered a Hoffa fracture in his right knee. Fortunately, his neurovascular status remained intact throughout the assessment. Kindly suggest a suitable probable diagnosis and treatment for the same.
