PULMONOLOGY

<p>Patient aged 42 years presented to our opd with complains of cough, left chest pain since 1 year ..Taken multiple antibiotics for suspicious of LLL pneumonia alongwith 3 months ATT with less relief..On CXRay basis we kept Left diaphragmatic hernia as one of the differentials in the diagnosis which was confirmed on CECT chest..the patient was referred to Gastrosurgeon for further Management..The defect was surgically corrected and the patient got complete relief from his long lasting symptoms post surgery..</p>
