A 46-year-old man who complained of a painless swelling on the left side of his upper neck and face for two years visited our department. Since then, the swelling has become more prominent over time. A nodular mass in the left retro-angolo-mandibular area was seen by high-frequency ultrasonography, and its high-definition margins and heterogeneity for the existence of fibrous bundles revealed a striate echogenic tumour. The average nodular mass was 23 mm (Figure 1). After a year, the patient underwent another ultrasound showing a solid nodular mass with 35 mm x 21 mm normal borders. C.T. scan was performed.
