A 10-month-old female child with a normal birth and developmental history presented with drowsiness for 3 days, drooping of both eye lids for 2 days. Child had fever 10 days back for 3 days. The 4th day child had 2 episodes of seizures and was treated with levetiracetam and antibiotics for 4 days. Other symptoms are decreased eye contact, loss of social smile, intermittent stridor.
On examination, Lethargic, bl ptosis, with normal tone n reflexes.
HC normal. MRI brain as in image. CSF, ABG ,electrolytes, lactate normal.
What is probable diagnosis?
