A 36-year-old male with no significant past medical history presents with occasional minor chest discomfort over the past 6 months. There is no history of dyspnea, limb swelling, or palpitations. An ECG is attached, revealing 2D echo LV global hypokinesia with an ejection fraction (EF) of 45%. Kindly suggest the diagnosis, management, and prognosis for this case.
