54 yr old female with no comorbidities came to the hospital with the complaints of swelling in and around the umblicus for about 20 yrs. While examination we found that it is a case of umblical hernia with the positive family history existing of same complaints to her mother and elder sister. After basic investigation, she was operated for hernia with mesh repair through laproscopy 2 weeks back. After that she came with the complaints of fever for past 4 days. Pt was sent to USG abdomen and pelvis report as came as given below.
