64 yr old female brought to the ER with unconscious state with Bp- 140/70mm Hg
PR- 62/min
Spo2- 95 %with 4 L of O2
Temp - 97 F
RBS- 77mg/dl
Known hypertensive for 6 yrs on regular medication. History given by his son that she didn't wake up mrng after lastnight dinner and loss of speech and response.After taking MRI brain report shows non haemorragic cerebro-cerebellar infarct bilaterally. What is the diagnosis and treatment?

After full R wave ,no proper T wave.T wave is in zig zag type in process of formation. It indicates she had severe BRADYARRHTHMIAS in night, may be tachyarrhythmias even VT. That has lead to thrombosis or embolism in brain.
