<p>The 83-year-old hypertensive male admitted to the stroke ICU with a hemorrhagic stroke was incidentally found to have keratotic papules over his scrotum. The glans and penile shaft skin appeared normal, with no regional lymphadenopathy observed. Despite efforts, a comprehensive medical history could not be elicited, as bystanders were unaware of the lesions. Unfortunately, the patient passed away two days after our consultation was received. What are the possible DDs for this patient?</p>
