A 13-year-old female patient presented with complaints of pain and swelling in the inguinal region. Following treatment, the swelling in the inguinal region resolved. However, subsequent examination revealed swelling resembling lymph nodes in the right and left arms. Hematoma or abscess formation was suspected, but examination findings did not indicate such conditions. Pus cultures yielded results negative for anaerobic organisms.
