A 19-year-old woman has been experiencing primary amenorrhea, but she does have secondary sexual characteristics. During external genitalia examination, there are no signs of a bulging or imperforate hymen. A physical examination of her abdomen revealed a soft abdomen with no palpable masses. Her pelvic MRI showed a slightly smaller size of the uterus and ovaries, indicative of a polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) pattern. Her FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin, and AMH levels are all within the normal range. She does not report any complaints of headache, visual impairment, or cyclical abdominal pain. Her karyotype analysis showed a 46XX chromosome pattern. She was prescribed Meprate tablets for one month but did not experience any menstrual bleeding. Additionally, she was given a combination of estrogen and progesterone (Ovaral L tablets) for 28 days, but menstruation did not occur. Can you please suggest a course of action?
