A 2-year-old child presented with persistent loose motions, experiencing 7 to 9 episodes daily despite initial oral antibiotic treatment. Intravenous antibiotics (Ceftixone and Amikacin) were initiated along with probiotics (Sprolac), an AD 10 sachet, a zinc tablet, and half a tablet of Loperamide. However, despite these interventions, the child still has 7 to 9 loose stools daily. Please suggest your valuable opinion on what further steps can be taken.
