A 21-year-old male presented with an acute onset neurological illness, exhibiting motor involvement in the form of flaccid quadriparesis, along with sensory symptoms such as tingling in the lower limbs and bilateral lower motor neuron (LMN) type facial nerve palsy. H/o fever with loose stools 20 days ago. No involvement of higher mental functions No bladder bowel involvement. No autonomic disturbances. Hypotonia on examination in all Limbs Areflexic DTRs despite reinforcement maneuvers B/L mute plantar B/L LMN Facial palsy findings (+) CSF Findings: Culture : negative Cells : 12cells/mm³ 100% lymphocytes Proteins : 124mg/dl Glucose : 48 mg/dl ADA : 4U/L CBNAAT : Negative DIAGNOSIS?  Suggest an appropriate diagnosis
