A 22-year-old female presented with complaints of shortness of breath (SOB) and weakness. She had previously received treatment for anti-tuberculosis therapy (ATT) for approximately 18 months but discontinued it seven months ago. Currently, the patient reports experiencing fresh complaints of SOB, and weakness, with no history of sputum production. Her dietary habits are normal, and she denies any other associated complaints. Kindly suggest further treatment options that need to be considered.
