A 23-year-old man presented with complaints of pain during erections and mild testicular pain throughout the day. He has a medical history of dilated cardiomyopathy with an ejection fraction of 42% and hyperuricemia with a uric acid level of 10.8 mg/dL. The patient is unmarried. Please suggest a possible diagnosis, further investigations and treatment plan.

HCM is more common in young adults, but if he is having DCM.. then we should rule out h/o
