A 25-year-old female underwent manual removal of a skin tag a year ago. However, since that time, she has been experiencing a non-healing ulcer accompanied by intermittent collections, pain, and itching. Her CBC and RBS results are within normal limits. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
