A 25-year-old male presented with a chief complaint of bleeding per rectum for the past 5 days, with no accompanying symptoms. On examination, the patient was found to have pallor, but the rest of the examination was normal. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed, which revealed normal findings. However, a colonoscopy revealed blood coming from the small bowel. Hemoglobin (Hb) levels were found to be 8.5, with the rest of the investigations being normal. What will be the diagnosis and management?
