A 25-year-old obese male with a weakly positive Typhi Dot test visited the clinic and was initially prescribed Zone and Azithro. However, due to persistent fever of 101°F, the treatment was upgraded to Mero and Azithro. A stool culture revealed the presence of E. coli. Despite the change in medication, the patient's fever persists. Kindly suggest further evaluation and management for this patient.
