A 28-year-old female from Jharkhand, with a history of poor obstetric outcomes, presented for the first time at 13 weeks of pregnancy. She is a known case of hypothyroidism and is on Eltrox (25 mcg). Her obstetric history includes a spontaneous abortion at 5 months of gestation in 2018 with a history of PV leak and growth retardation of a female baby; a twin pregnancy in 2019 at 8 months of gestation with PV leak, followed by normal vaginal delivery of the first twin and LSCS for the second twin at a village hospital, with both female twins expiring within 24 hours of birth; and a female baby delivered in 2020 at 8 months of gestation via normal vaginal delivery, who expired at 17 months of age after experiencing vomiting and being diagnosed with Kabuki syndrome, although no medical documents are available. In her current pregnancy, her NT/NB scan is normal, and the results of the dual marker test are awaited. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
