A 28-year-old female patient presented with a 3-month history of amenorrhea, along with complaints of dizziness, fever with chills for the past 2 weeks, loss of appetite, headache, and pain in the right upper abdomen. The patient has not received any vaccinations to date and has no history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or thyroid disorders. She had a medical history of tuberculosis (Pott's spine) six years ago. Bowel and bladder function were normal, and her sleep pattern was regular. The patient tested negative for typhoid and malaria. Laboratory results indicated a platelet count of 1.55 lakhs/cumm and a TLC of 5,500 cells/cumm. The attached image contains her prescription.
