A 28-year-old male presented with a cough, leading to an MRI of the neck, revealing a lesion in the thyrohyoid interval anteriorly. The patient is currently asymptomatic, with a normal ENT exam. Additional sequences are available, and a PET CT has been reported as normal. Kindly suggest diagnosis for this case.
