A 3-year-old boy presented with phimosis, reporting pain at the tip of his penis for the past two months. Upon physical examination, redness, swelling, and adhesions on the preputium of the penis were observed, making it impossible to retract the foreskin over the glans, causing painful urination. His vital signs revealed an elevated temperature of 37.9°C. Laboratory findings indicated an increased white blood cell count (16,000/microliter) with 88% neutrophils. The diagnosis was confirmed as phimosis, and the patient was managed with analgesics and antibiotics. A circumcision procedure has been scheduled as part of the treatment plan.
