A 30-year-old male patient presented to the outpatient department (OPD) with multiple nodules over his face and extremities, along with Buddha ears (nodules with necrotic centers). He is a native of Bihar and was asymptomatic. A skin biopsy was performed for differential diagnosis, considering PKDL and LL.
