A 30-year-old non-diabetic female presented with a unilateral large infected area in the skin of the posterior abdominal wall extending to the gluteal region. The patient reported multiple pustules, puncta, and necrotic areas. The symptoms were persistent, despite a previous surgical procedure to address a large sinus tract identified on USG examination.Kindly suggest a diagnosis and treatment.
