History of patient.. A 30years old male having small abscess over the neck every year, started COVID 19, 2020, 2022, now in 2024 . Aspirated pus in negetive for AFB STAIN ,GRAM'S stain, sterile on culture every occasion. Treated with medicines medicines , he doesn't know the name.. This time came to me, only ESR IS 56, MT POSITIVE 15×15 . Other investigations negetive. Average health.What is this disease?
