A 32-year-old female presented to the OPD with severe pain in the right hypochondrium, nausea, and vomiting persisting for the past 5 days. She also had palpitation and mild tenderness. The hook examination of the patient was positive. There was no medical history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or fever. What investigations will be required, and what will be the provisional diagnosis?
