A 33-year-old female patient came to the cardiology outpatient department with complaints of left arm pain for the past month. In her personal history, she disclosed the unfortunate loss of her elder sister to a sudden cardiac arrest four months ago. A CT coronary angiography, conducted 12 days after the onset of chest pain, revealed bridging of the left anterior descending artery at its wider section.
