A 38-year-old female patient presented with complaints of right flank pain. Upon evaluation, two ultrasound (USG) reports were obtained, and they showed conflicting findings. The first USG report indicated the presence of a cortical cyst in the right kidney, while the second USG report mentioned the right kidney being smaller in size. However, the kidney function test (KFT) results were normal. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
