A 39-year-old male diagnosed with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) exhibited a myocardial bridge located proximally over the left anterior descending artery (LAD), resulting in narrowing of the proximal LAD. The patient underwent a septal myomectomy, and the bridge over the LAD was surgically released. Procedure images are shown below.

Now this heart is structurily damaged, chances of arrhythmias are more and responsiveness to treatment will be less.
