<p>A 39-year-old male diagnosed with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) exhibited a myocardial bridge located proximally over the left anterior descending artery (LAD), resulting in narrowing of the proximal LAD. The patient underwent a septal myomectomy, and the bridge over the LAD was surgically released. Procedure images are shown below.</p>
