A 4-year-old boy with fever and neck pain. History of suspected Viral URTI last week was managed symptomatically and was getting better but 2 days ago he developed worsening neck pain and fever. Immunizations are current with no chronic medical conditions by history. Vitals: T: 103.5 PR: 120 RR: 24/min SpO2: 99% on RA On examination: GC- Uncomfortable child B/L anterior cervical LN palpable. The child refuses to move his neck, with painful passive extension. The voice is muffled. Oral cavity examination was limited due to pain on opening but tonsils are bilaterally red, enlarged symmetrically, and with white exudates. Uvula is midline. Chest: AEBE, S1/S2 (+) Other systems -NAD X-ray -given in image. What will be the diagnosis?
