A 4-year-old girl presents with a chief complaint of bilateral eye irritation every night, accompanied by dark circles and difficulty sleeping. When she rubs her eyes, tears occur, and both eyes appear red. Her family history reveals a 14-year-old brother with similar issues but without irrigation. According to her parents, she has experienced this problem since she was 2 years old. Previous medications administered include Ciplox D, Eupacia, and Neosporin. Kindly suggest an appropriate treatment
