A 4-year-old male child is presenting with severe anorexia for the past 5 days. His weight is 11kg, and his temperature is normal. However, his hemoglobin level is 8.6, white blood cell count is 3200, SGPT is 82u/l, SGOT is 60.24u/l, and random blood sugar is 66.59mg/dl. Additionally, his serum calcium level is 7.35mg/dl. Please suggest the appropriate treatment for his condition.
