A 40-year-old female underwent a laparoscopic hysterectomy. The patient took Restyl 0.25 before the surgery at 11 pm the night prior. The next day, the patient prepared for surgery at 8:30 pm in normal condition. However, within one hour post-surgery, the patient's face turned blue, and she began suffering from hypoxia-induced brain damage accompanied by rapid seizures. What might be the reason for the hypoxia-induced brain damage? Also, suggest an appropriate treatment.
