A 40-year-old male patient presented to the emergency room with chief complaints of chest pain, breathlessness, and exertional dyspnea (NYHA grade III). The patient had obesity as a comorbidity and was diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome with Moderate Left Ventricular Dysfunction (ejection fraction 40-45%). Statin therapy was initiated as part of the treatment plan.
