A 40-year-old man presented with painful ulcers characterized by red discoloration on both legs, persisting for one year, as shown in the images. Associated with significant pain, potential differentials considered included stasis dermatitis with trophic ulcer, panniculitis, and pyogenic granuloma. Upon examination, multiple well-defined erythematous nodules were observed on both lower limbs. A few well-defined ulcers with red granulation tissue on the floor and a firm base were also noted. Histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis as polyarteritis nodosa.
