A 43-year-old female presented with complaints of perineal lesions and burning micturition for the past week.  Her husband, who accompanied her, had similar lesions on his penis. On P/S examination of the female patient, curdy discharge was observed in the perineal region. Additionally, tenderness in the fornix bilaterally and a normal-sized (NS), anteverted (AV) uterus were noted upon P/V examination. Kindly suggest a diagnosis and treatment.
