A 45-year-old male patient presented to the hospital with complaints of fever and pain. The patient underwent a comprehensive evaluation, including a CECT scan of the whole abdomen. The CECT scan revealed several significant findings, including minimal peripancreatic fat stranding, a mildly bulky tail of the pancreas, elevated serum amylase/lipase levels, a large left renal pelvic staghorn calculus causing mild hydronephrosis, fatty attenuation of the liver, and mild prostatomegaly. Suggest appropriate treatment
