A 45-year-old man, presents with itchy, purplish, flat-topped bumps on his wrists, lower back, and ankles. He mentions that the lesions have been present for the past two months and are becoming increasingly uncomfortable. On examination, Wickham's striae are observed on the surface of the lesions. He denies any recent changes in medications or exposure to new substances.
