A 45-year-old woman has undergone multiple extractions, leaving her with only six remaining teeth in her mouth. These teeth exhibit a slight grade-1 mobility. The question is whether root canal treatment (RCT) should be pursued to save this tooth. Can anyone provide insight into why the tooth's shape is as it is? Could it be due to the angle of the X-ray or some other factor?
