<p>A 48-year-old female patient presented with multiple lesions (4-5 in number) on her breasts. These lesions initially appeared similar to acne, but they have neither healed nor formed pus points. The patient has been experiencing these lesions for the past 3 years, and they have remained the same size and shape without showing any signs of improvement. The patient reports a stinging sensation in the lesions, which is uncomfortable. Mammography results were found to be normal, and the patient does not have any other known medical conditions. Kindly suggest treatment for this patient.</p>
