A 49-year-old male patient with a medical history significant for hypertension (HTN), diabetes mellitus (DM), and a smoking habit presents with intermittent chest pain over the last three days. On examination, his blood pressure is recorded at 140/90mmHg. Could this be indicative of an Occlusion Myocardial Infarction (OMI)?
