A 5-year-old girl presented with a ten-day history of fever, exhibiting bilateral conjunctival injection without any discharge. Upon physical examination, enlargement of the lymph node in the right colic region was observed, along with erythema and cracking on the lips, a strawberry tongue, and diffuse erythema. Further investigation through echocardiography revealed dilatation of the coronary arteries with perivascular brightness. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
