A 50-year-old female farmer presented with lesions all over her body for the past two years, which improved upon taking medication. However, the lesions tend to reoccur upon ceasing medication, and they have recently been progressively worsening over the last five to six months. Accompanied by intense itching, the lesions led to bruising. The patient has been on a course of Terbinafine Tablet, Prednisone, Clotrimazole ointment, Cefixime, and Levocetirizine tablet for the past month, but without any relief. Please suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
