A 50-year-old female, a nonsmoker with a known history of rheumatoid arthritis and recently diagnosed diabetes mellitus, who is not currently on any medication, presented with a persistent productive cough for one month accompanied by fever and chest pain. Investigations have shown leucocytosis and elevated levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein. The patient's chest X-ray is shown in an image.
