A 57-year-old man presented with a history of falling from the first floor of a construction site and reported vomiting 15 minutes after the incident. Two hours later, he developed raccoon eyes. He remained conscious and oriented throughout. His pulse rate was 86 beats per minute and his blood pressure was 180/120 mm Hg. Please provide a diagnosis and suggest treatment.
