A 6-year-old child visited the outpatient department (OPD) with a complaint of vesicles persisting for the past 6 days. Initially, there was a single vesicle, which disappeared after applying 0.05% desonide cream. However, new vesicles appeared around the mouth area. Kindly suggest a possible diagnosis and treatment options.
