Pasien perempuan 60 thn dengan Limfoma Hodgkin on Kemoterapi. Saat ini mengeluhkan nyeri pada lidah disertai luka pada lidah. Keluhan dirasa muncul sejak 2 minggu yang lalu. Luka di lidah dirasa semakin besar. R/HT (-), DM (-), Jantung (-) R/medikasi kemoterapi 8 series + radioterapi O/cm, kontak adekuat, TD: 120/80 mmHg, HR: 80, RR:2] Stt lokalis: lingua ulcer, periulcer hiperemia (+), pus (-) Terapi awal: Betadine moutwash untuk oral hygine Folat aktif 2x1gr Sucralfat syr 3x10 ml Mohon saran terapi

A 60-year-old female patient with Hodgkin Lymphoma on Chemotherapy. Currently complaining of pain in the tongue accompanied by sores on the tongue. Complaints have appeared since 2 weeks ago. The sores on the tongue seem to be getting bigger. R/HT (-), DM (-), Heart (-) R/chemo medication 8 series + radiotherapy O/cm, adequate contact, BP: 120/80 mmHg, HR: 80, RR:2] Stt localis: lingua ulcer, periulcer hyperemia (+), pus (-) Initial therapy: Betadine mouthwash for oral hygiene Active folate 2x1gr Sucralfate syr 3x10 ml.
