A 60-year-old Female came with a known case of diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension (HTN), and positive rheumatoid arthritis (RA). She has been receiving treatment for DM and HTN for a long time but stopped taking medication for RA, specifically Hydroxychloroquine. She visited to the clinic yesterday for blood investigations, and the results are as follows: CRP - 128, ESR - 140, TLC - 14,000, and Hb - 8.5. Kindly suggest the next step in the diagnosis and management of this patient.
