A 60-year-old male patient presented with missing posterior teeth in the mandibular right quadrant, leading to difficulties in chewing. Four implants were placed, followed by delayed loading with PFM crowns. As a result, the patient was able to regain the ability to chew food and improve his overall health, which had been affected by the absence of these teeth and inefficient chewing ability.
