A 60-year-old male with Burkholderia septicemia presented with an inherited dermatological disorder. The patient exhibits diffuse nodulopapular blackish-brown lesions extensively distributed across his body, notably sparing the areas around his eyes as shown in image (with consent). The patient has two sons, both experiencing similar lesions in their early 20s. The patient's IgE level is greater than 2000 and has a total eosinophil count of 0. Respiratory auscultation revealed bilateral wheezes. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis.
